This garage door features a superior thermal insulation factor of 16.0, achieved through the injection of CFC-free polyurethane foam between its walls.  Structural Steel double angle bottom bar with rubber astragal. Roll formed steel guides. Galvanized or primed painted steel curtain of 20, 22 or 24 ga. steel. Malleable iron endlocks and windlocks riveted to ends of alternate slats. Tension adjusting wheel holds spring tension.Makes adjustment simple.
Heavy formed steel end brackets to supportspring barrel assembly. Barrel plugs, for connecting spring ends to barrel.
Spring shaft, cold finished steel to minimize friction. Barrel rings, used as needed to ensure proper counterbalance. Counterbalance springs. One or more depending on door size. Spring barrel, serves as a load carrying beam and encases the counterbalance mechanism. Hood cover, fabricated of 24 ga. galvanized or primed painted steel. All doors are F.O.B. Niles, Ohio and are set up for either right or left hand operation. Each door has a bottom bar with loop astragal and a 24 gauge galvanized steel hood. Guides are steel roll form channel with windlock bar on doors 12' and wider. All doors can be adapted to motor or chain hoist operation.

Door Panel:
Three panel materials available: 3-ply multi-filament Rilon™ material or 2-ply multi-filament Rilon™ material (only available on exterior doors up to 14w x 16h) with optional, replaceable window panels; 4 mm clear PVC material (only available on interior doors up to 12w x 14h).
Side Frames:
Fully bolt-together, reinforced side frames with front and rear wind bar guides and full-height vinyl weather strip seals against fabric material. Dual thru-beam photo eyes factory-installed in standard models.
Bottom Bar:
Extruded aluminum bottom bar capable of releasing in either direction without damage to bar, reversing edge or side covers. Electric or pneumatic auto-reversing edge standard. Standard dual cut-off switches automatically shut off motor when bottom bar is impacted. No exposed junction box on bottom bar. Bottom bar pre-assembled on doors at factory.
Counterbalance & Tensioning:
Patented System II™ design separates counterbalance and fabric tension. Counterbalance system consists of guided counterweights customsized to provide proper balancing of each door. Independent tension system maintains constant panel tension.
Drive System:
Three-phase, variable-speed AC Drive provides soft acceleration and deceleration. Independent opening and closing speeds provide flexibility to meet any application. Motor and electrical components are factory wired to junction boxes in the head assembly.
Travel Speed:
Opens at up to 50 inches per second.
Electrical Controls:
System 3™ controller is housed in a NEMA 4 rated enclosure with factory-set parameters. Self-diagnostic features and a two-line, 32-character LCD display provide quick and straight forward installation and control adjustments. Programmable inputs and outputs accommodate special control applications without additional electrical components.
Warranty:
One-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Lifetime warranty on counterweights and tension springs. Five-year limited warranty on 3-ply Rilon™ panel material.

PVC STRIP DOORS
Transparent strip doors are used in areas where a great amount of traffic or continual entering/exiting through a large doorway opening creates rapid energy loss, invites in foreign matter or causes time-consuming opening and closing of doors. Rotary's PVC Strip Doors are a series of clear flexible-vinyl strips permanently placed in doorways or passage's to create a barrier with a more flexible usage. PVC Strip doors permit unrestricted movement between areas while aiding in speedy, efficient passage, climate control and noise reduction. They also act as a deterrent for entry of unwanted elements such as dirt, dust, insects, fumes, noise, etc.
Rotary STRIP DOORS are custom designed according to intended use, whether it be an interior personnel door or a large exterior freight door. Depending on the application, the strip door material is available in different strip widths and strip vinyl thickness.
