Barrel rings, used as needed to ensure proper counterbalance.

Spring barrel, serves as a load carrying beam and encases the counterbalance mechanism.

Hood cover, fabricated of 24 ga. galvanized or primed painted steel.

All doors are F.O.B. Niles, Ohio and are set up for either right or left hand operation. Each door has a bottom bar with loop astragal and a 24 gauge galvanized steel hood. Guides are steel roll form channel with windlock bar on doors 12' and wider. All doors can be adapted to motor or chain hoist operation.

PVC STRIP DOORS

Transparent strip doors are used in areas where a great amount of traffic or continual entering/exiting through a large doorway opening creates rapid energy loss, invites in foreign matter or causes time-consuming opening and closing of doors. Rotary's PVC Strip Doors are a series of clear flexible-vinyl strips permanently placed in doorways or passage's to create a barrier with a more flexible usage. PVC Strip doors permit unrestricted movement between areas while aiding in speedy, efficient passage, climate control and noise reduction. They also act as a deterrent for entry of unwanted elements such as dirt, dust, insects, fumes, noise, etc.

Rotary STRIP DOORS are custom designed according to intended use, whether it be an interior personnel door or a large exterior freight door. Depending on the application, the strip door material is available in different strip widths and strip vinyl thickness. A wide variety of specialty strip materials are also available for the use you need.

STRIP DOOR MATERIAL SELECTION CHART

STANDARD STRIP MATERIAL	The standard strip door material is a clear, vinyl material available in strip widths of 6", 8", 12" and 16". The material selected for Rotary Products strip doors has outstanding clarity and stabilizers added to the raw vinyl compound that helps reduce fading and yellowing due to ultra violent light. The standard strip material is easily cleaned by using water and household detergent.
RIBBED STRIP MATERIAL	The ribbed strip door material has a unique, triangular shaped ribbing which helps prevent scratching of the strip material surface due to heavy use from truck and cargo traffic. An added benefit is that the ribs on both sides of the material add to energy savings effectiveness by creating small pockets of air space as insulation. Another benefit of the ribbed material is that the ribs reduce the contact between the surfaces of the strips creating less static electricity.
WELD STRIP MATERIAL	The weld strip material is designed for doors enclosing areas where welding is being performed. It's tinted color helps reduce the incidental effects of bright, ultra violet light from welding arcs. Sparks fly off the thick material, yet it is transparent enough that supervisors and others can view welding area.
USDA STRIP MATERIAL	USDA Vinyl strip is a material that meets federal government requirements for incidental contact with meat, poultry and diry products. It is available in reinforced vinyl strips which function at temperatures as low as -30 degrees F.
ORANGE SAFETY STRIP	A bright orange vinyl safety strip material can be used to outline hazardous areas as well as marking door jamb edges and high-traffic areas.

Compression Dock Seals (C8 - C21)

Rotary Products Compression Seals are designed to provide maximum sealing of the trailer and the warehouse indoor area. Our Compression Seals will keep cold air in, and warm air out! 26 years of proven design along with the use of high specification materials, enables our dock seals to resist chaffing under compression, and provide full recovery after compression, even at variable temperatures. Maximum compression by docked vehicles is controlled by dock bumpers.

Custom Built Compression Seals have header pads with projections from 8" to 21". Choices of materials are 22 oz. Vinyl, 40 oz. Vinyl, 40 oz. Duroprene, 16 oz Hypalon, and 40 oz. Haypalon. Other options are Belting guards, Bumper Seals, Wear shields, Snow hoods, Fire retardant material, Custom logos, and weather stripping.

Custom Built Truck Shelters

Rotary Products Custom Truck Shelters allow full access of docked trailers, unlike a Compression Seal which may take up some space on the sides due to the pad overlapping the truck opening.
